Losing that body fat
Losing that body fats
Most of us can afford to lose that unnecessary body fat wrapping round our body.
Even for the fortunate few whom we compliment on having a slim body …. well….. it is very likely (as we age) that concealed by the clothes we wear, lies a body layered with fats.
Take a look in the mirror naked and honestly ask yourself, haha. When is the last time you look at a nice cool bikini or trunk/board shorts and think to yourself, " looks cool but erm… not for me anymore" or " I’ll lose some weight before I come back for it"?
Is it really that difficult to lose those unwanted fats? If you are planning to lose some unwanted fats, if you are like most of us, I’d love to share the good news with you that it isn’t really that tough after all.
Firstly, you need to understand that losing weight and losing fats aren’t exactly the same. Its much much easier to lose weight than to lose fats. About 70% of our body comprises of water, so a quick way to lose weight is to dehydrate yourself, go sauna, lose the water and you lose weight.
Slimming and some diet programmes are able to produce such instant result because of this. To lose fat fast, the best way is to prepare the body by increasing the metabolism before cutting back on calories.
As a general guide, recommended daily calory intake (light activity) for man age 16 - 60 is about 2500kcal and women 2000kcal ( pregnant n lactating woman add 500 kcal ) . If you are moderately active, man = 2900kcal and woman = 2100. Of course, it varies from person to person depending on age, weight, body composition etc.
