Lose fat forever, with exercise

Lose fat forever, without exercise

Hello…

So you want to lose that body fats but you don’t wanna exercise. Is that possible? There is a way, lets have a look.

To lose fat, there must be a calorie deficit. That is something we cannot change. Except for the lucky few who are genetically gifted with super-charge metabolism, most of us have to find a way to create a calorie deficit.

One way is to increase the amount of calories you burn through exercise, and the other is to decrease your calorie intake ( eat less ) .

Jane lives an active sporty lifestyle. she does yoga, volleyball, blading and body combat classes. She consumes about 2000 calories per day, but her total daily energy expenditure is 2500 calories. As a result, she loses weight.

Jenna spends her free time sleeping, reading, watching tv and her only exercise will be housework. As she is not very active, her body only generates a total daily energy expenditure of 2000 calories. To lose weight, she consumes only about 1500 calories per day.

Both Jane and Jenna has a calorie deficit of 500, so both of them will lose weight. While Jane can continue to eat normally, Jenna has to continue to maintain that low intake of calories in order to lose weight. Who do you think can last? Burning fats with exercise or starving the fat with diet? Are you more like Jane or Jenna?

The most effective approach to fat loss is to eat more and exercise more, resulting in a turbo-charged metabolism….. but most people do the opposite. They slash their calories to starvation levels.

  • Dieting decrease your metabolic rate, exercise raises it
  • Dieting puts you in starvation mode, exercise don’t
  • Dieting is harmful, exercise is not
  • Dieting increases fat storing hormones and decreases fat burning hormones
  • Dieting without exercise results in up to 50% of the weight loss to come from lean body mass (so you look slim and flabby, not tone)
  • Dieting triggers hormones that promotes a big appetite, you may end up eating more

So here you are, the facts about losing weight without exercise. Have you ever stick to a diet program and lasted for more than 6 months? Or 3? Dieting is not for life. But with exercise and proper nutrition, you can still stay slim forever.
