Wishing all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Its the time of the year to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Time to look back at 2007 that has barely a week left. Looking back, what have you done? What have you achieved? What are the changes and improvements to your life.

Very often, looking back make us realise how silly we are at some problems which we thought were really a big thing then and now appears small or insignificant. Rather then dwelling on those silly and stupid things that we have done in the past, why not let it pass and look forward to a brighter future.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is future and today is what it is called …. " PRESENT "….. so give yourself a little pat that you’ve come this far, be grateful and enjoy your " present " if there no present for you today.

And time to plan ahead for next year. What do you want to achieve? What do you want to improve on? More money, better at your job, a better relationship, meet the love of your life…..Visualize it, imagine yourself already having it, believe you can do it and you will get it.

" Where attention goes, energy flows and results will shows"

Have a jolly good fun day …. cheers

Fight fat with fruits

Did you know that small differences in fruit and fibre intake can make a difference to whether you are overweight?

In a study, normal weight people reported eating on average two servings of fruit and 12 grams of fibre each day, those who were overweight had just one serving and 9 grams.
So the 3 grams of fibre, equivalent to the amount of one apple or orange, could be the difference. Fibre slows down digestions and makes you feel full.
When you are craving for something sweet, go for fruits too. Fruit may satisfy your sweet tooth just as well as junk food does. It has the fiber and antioxidants you can’t find in dessert or junk foods. Have a fruitful day …

When you are craving for something sweet, go for fruits instead. Fruit may satisfy your sweet tooth just as well as junk food does. It has the fiber and antioxidants you can’t find in dessert or junk foods. Have a fruitful day …
