Lose fat – top ten food to avoid

If you are in a weight loss or fat burning program, then it is only natural to avoid food that turn to fats. After spending our time working out in the gym and doing cardio to burn more fats, we should not allow our food intake to waste our efforts. To burn fat, we should avoid food that turn to fats easily.

Fat filled foods usually have few things in common, they are

  • High in total calories
  • High in sodium
  • High in total fats
  • High in refined sugar
  • High in unhealthy saturated and trans fats
  • Low in nutritional value
  • Flavor enhancer, chemicals
  • Artificial colors and flavors

Topping the list is ICE CREAM! Loaded with fat, sugar and way more calories than anyone needs, as well as the artificial colors, flavors, preservative etc. One cup contains at least  350 calories and 20 grams of saturated fats. 

Fried foods are next. They are high in calories and mostly fat.  Frying destroys essential fatty acids. The process of frying converts the already chemically altered trans fats into artery clogging, health destroying funny fats.

Donuts and pastries contains refined sugar and saturated fats. Donuts also contain chemical agents designed to keep them soft. It is like a chemical loaded cocktail of fats, sugars and calories.

White sugar, candy, chocolate and sweets. These refined carbs are incredibly calorie dense, and is easy for you to eat too many calories. Sugar contain empty calories, no vitamins, no minerals, no fiber. Sugar wreak havoc to your blood sugar levels, prevent stored fats from being release as energy and increase fat storage.

Soda. They are mostly water with added sucrose and high fructose corn syrup. So they’re basically the same as sugar except that since its in liquid form, we tend to add extra calories to the food we normally eat by drinking them.

Bacon and sausage are one of the worst food you could possbly eat. One strip of bacon has 130 calories and 13 grams of fat.

White bread is a refined carbohydrate with no nutritional value. It is treated in the body the same way as white sugar. Eating more than four slice of white bread a day doubles your risk of developing kidney cancer. It elevates the blood sugar and insulin levels in your body, which may spur the growth of cancer cells.

Potato chips and nachos contain far too high sodium content that makes them almost dangerous.

Hotdog is like a fake food, they consist of some meat mashed up with fillers, stabilizers, sodium, preservatives, artificial colors and artificial flavors. Hamburgers are made from some of the fattiest meat available. So these should be avoided too.

How to have a slimmer waist effortlessly

A study of 827 men and women found that daily consumption of three or more servings of dairy foods seems to target belly fat.

In fact, the people with the highest intakes had the leanest midsections – by an average of nearly four centimetres. The reason? The calcium that accompanies dairy foods may block fat absorption and make fat less likely to be stored in the abdominal region.

Here’s how you can have three servings a day,

1) have a glass of milk with breakfast. 

2) eat a slice of cheese with your lunch. 

3) have a cup of yoghurt during your dinner.

Stewardess raped in hotel room ( part 2 )

A group of rapist in jail was interviewed how they choose a potential victim…. and this is what they disclose…. ready?

Here are the interesting findings…..

1. Hairstyle. They go for women with long hair. Ponytail, bun, braid or any hairstyle that they can easily grab. Women with short hair are not common targets. 2. Clothing. They look for women who’s clothing are easy to remove without much struggle.
3. Distracted women. An easy target will be women who are using their cell phone, searching thru their bag or doing other activities while walking. Reason       being these women are off guard and easily overpowered.
4. They are most likely to attack and rape in the early morning hours of 5.30am – 8.30am.

 

These rapist also reveal that …..

A) They would not pick on women who carries an umbrella or any other object that can be use from a distance.
B) If you put up any fight they get discourage because it isn’t worth it for them.  Its too time consuming.
C) When they come towards you, hold out your hands in front of you and yell … STOP , STAY BACK!

Most of the    rapist say they will leave a women alone if they know the women is not afraid to fight back. They are looking for easy target.

 

Did you know that only 2% of rapist carry any weapon with them? Rape carries a 3 – 5 years jail term but rape with weapon is 15 – 20 years. Having said that, if a rapist is unarmed…. If you think someone is likely to attack you, look them in the eye and face and talk to them… if you get a good visual of how they look, you instantly becomes not so appealing to them. This is because they can be easily identified when caught. If someone grabs you from behind, pinch as hard as you can on the inside of their arm between their elbow and armpit.

One women use it on a guy who try to date rape her. The underarm pinch tore the skin and muscle strands of the guy, who needs stiches. I’m sure he no longer have any desire after that. If you get a chance, give the hardest kick you can to his groin. When you give him pain and cause him trouble, he is likely to be out of your way. 

Use your elbow, it is the hardest part of your body and can give him much pain. In conclusion, just be on your guard when you should.

Rule no. 1: when in a hotel room alone, NEVER allow a man into your room unless you absolutely know what you are doing.
Rule no. 2: Never go to another man’s room alone unless you absolutely know what you are doing.

In all the interesting, exciting and disturbing stories that I have heard from cabin crew, it usually started with these 2 golden rules.
